Alisha Hanson

Alisha has a 20-year career history in healthcare human resources leadership and business ownership. She is the co-founder of both Build Your Roots HR and Althea Medical Group where she also serves as the CEO. Alisha brings large scale and start up knowledge in areas of leadership growth and team acceleration. She has successfully started two companies and believes that growth happens with strategic HR placements, accelerated growth plans and placing team in their highest capacity and value placement. ​
