Giving Every Patient’s
Claim a Fair Chance.
We are a team of clinicians and technologists who believe medical necessity should be determined by clinical reality — not a payer's algorithm. We’re here to help hospitals reclaim their revenue and their mission.

The Story of Two Sisters
Our founder, Gretchen Heinen, saw firsthand the devastating reality of the "denial lottery." Two sisters shared the same high-risk cancer gene. Both required the exact same preventative screening.
That discrepancy is unacceptable.
In a system where an insurance algorithm can override clinical reality, the "denial lottery" has become the status quo. We built Authsnap to end it. We exist to help providers get paid for the work they did, instead of unfair red tape tying up their revenue.

A secure, specialized platform built specifically for clinical environments—not a generic tool.
Seamless Compatibility
Designed to work with any EMR.
Safe Efficiency

We provide clear, actionable data so hospitals always know exactly where their revenue stands.
Relentless Advocacy
If a claim is medically valid, we don't stop until it’s overturned.
Our Leaders
We aren’t just building software; we’re building a new standard for fairness in healthcare. Our team is a unique blend of "bedside" experience and "bench" innovation — combining frontline clinical perspectives with technical precision
